The Blue Lion Chef's Team bring to the table an innovative F&B private household management system. Dead creative and filled with careful attention to details. We wish to represent a leading light within our industry in the humble yet self-confident awareness we do it differently: from coaching, training and mentoring, to providing assistance and follow through each step of the way; from initial advise and guidelines to offering help and support. It is extremely important we should maintain our renowned integrity as well as score improvement while respecting the environment and acting as responsible members of our community.
